Restore a task

The discarded task will be removed from the trash can.
If the member belongs to a group, he can restore group's tasks if the group admin has granted him the permission.

To confirm whether a member has permission to restore a specific task, please refer to the access_info.restore parameter in the response from the Get a task API.
